Every Learner Belongs Here.
Every learner's brain works differently — and for neurodivergent students, that difference is often exactly what traditional classrooms and generic tutoring aren't built for. At Fit Learning Bay Area, we specialize in working with students who have ADHD, Autism, or other learning differences, using an individualized, science-based approach designed around how each child actually learns best.

For Neurodivergent Learners
Our method combines Precision Teaching and evidence-based behavioral principles with fast-paced, engaging, one-on-one instruction. Rather than asking a student to adapt to a one-size-fits-all classroom pace, we build fluency — true mastery, not just familiarity — through short, high-frequency practice with built-in movement and sensory breaks where needed. For students with ADHD, this means instruction that works with their attention span instead of against it. For students on the Autism spectrum, it means clear, structured, predictable learning interactions tailored to their individual profile.
This isn't a generalized "patience and encouragement" approach — it's a measurable, data-driven method. We track fluency and progress session by session, so you always know exactly how your child is doing, not just how they feel about it.
What This Looks Like in Practice
- Individualized session pacing, with movement and sensory breaks built in where needed
- Short, high-frequency instructional trials rather than long, single-format sessions
- Visual and structured supports alongside verbal instruction.
- Data tracked every session, so progress is measured — not assumed.
- Coaches trained to recognize and work with attention, sensory, and regulation needs

To Belong Here
While ADHD and Autism support is a genuine specialty of ours, it isn't a requirement for enrollment. Many of the students we work with are simply behind — in reading, math, or overall academic confidence — with no formal diagnosis at all. Whether your child has a documented learning difference or is just struggling to keep up, our approach is built to meet them exactly where they are.
Ready to Learn More?
Every learner's needs are different, which is why we start with a complimentary consultation — no assumptions, no one-size-fits-all recommendations, just a conversation about your child.
